We want you to be happy with the quality and delivery of each product that you receive. sieces  thoroughly checks each item for quality before shipping. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us immediately. Notification must be made to sieces takes great pride in the customer service it provides. Your order can be cancelled within 24 hours by emailing hello@sieces.com (If the order has not been dispatched)

We can offer a refund minus the shipping fee when items have been returned within 14 days of their receipt. This does not apply to bespoke items. Items must be in their original unworn condition, and returned in the original packaging.  After this period, we can offer an exchange or a refund. We do not deduct the shipping fee from the purchase value for exchange orders.


Items will not be refunded or exchanged until the returned package has been received. We recommend you use a tracking service or insure valuable items if returning. We do not accept responsibility for shipping fees, sales taxes or import duties.  We are not responsible for items that you have returned which have been lost or damaged in transit.

All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing and be in an unworn condition. We will not exchange goods that have been worn, do not have their original packaging or show obvious signs of wear or abuse. In this instance, the goods will be returned to the buyer.

Sale items may not be refunded or exchanged.

Bespoke sales are final. They are not refundable due to the custom nature of the sale.
